Am a huge fan of sunglasses,i kinda feel empty without it,(lolz) not really empty but sunglasses gives you a unique look..You might have walked into a sunglass store and your totally confused on which pair of sunglass actually suits you. There are two schools of thought when it comes to picking out a new
pair of sunglasses: There are those who'll instruct you to look for
frames with features that'll complement your face shape, and others
who'll tell you to go for whatever styles makes you feel good — whether
they're aviators or clubmasters or something else.
Well i suffered this for a very long time until i got a solution and here it is.You sure need one this January, or am i the only one feeling the sun? Checkout tips below...
To create definition and offset facial contours it’s best to opt for wide, geometric shapes as these help to give a round face a longer appearance. Think along the lines of timeless classics like Wayfarers or Aviators and you won’t go far wrong.
Those lucky people blessed with an oval face can pretty much get away with wearing whatever frames they wish. Either go with a pair of failsafe Ray Ban Iconic Clubmasters or push the boat out and invest in Steve McQueen’s go-to Persol PO0714s.
To compliment an oblong face shape and balance out the contours it’s advisable to stick with either round or square frames with blunt edges. Just make sure they don’t extend beyond the widest part of your face and that they’re the right size so they don’t look like they’re cutting off the bloody supply to your brain.
Those with a particularly defined jawline are best sticking with round or oval shapes as they help to soften and frame the face, although rectangular frames with soft edges can also work just as well.
If you’ve got a defined, pointed chin with wide cheekbones then a pair of old school, rectangular frames are ideal as they’ll help to elongate your face and even out your proportions. Opting for a light-coloured frame will also compliment the shape of your face in this instance.
