Nigerian emerging fashion label Lady Biba has just released photos to its ‘Refined Opulence’ collection and this time Bibi Adeniyi- the designer of the brand has taken things in a meaningful way.The collection which can be describe as contemporary with an edgy pieces themed with black, orange white, gold and pink fabrics, the pret-a-porter (Ready-To-Wear) range features dresses have been created with the glamorous and her fashion savvy.
The collection characterized with a wardrobe staple of fashion statement.
According to the collection brief, the collection tells a story of old world Elegance and Beauty and the inspiration draws strongly from an ideology of Understated Elegance as seen in influences Like Richard Avedon’s photography and Greta Garbo’s old Hollywood style. The designer interprets traditional silhouettes with modern cuts and elements with the debut of sequins and lace along with rich jewel toned colors that mirror the spirit of the holiday season while maintaining the aesthetic of the brand.
